Shipping & Delivery
Purchases are usually processed within 1-2 days of order received. Many products are made to order and your order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days unless otherwise requested. If you need your product next day, please follow up your order with a call to us at 888-265-0980 to ensure we are aware of the urgency. Out of stock jewelry may be available as a custom order. Custom orders are all considered final sales.
Orders are shipped via USPS and the shipping and handling rate includes packaging and insurance. Standard flat rate shipping is $10 per order. For overnight delivery using USPS Express Mail, the flat shipping and handling cost is $25.00. For Illinois residents a 9.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Susanne Siegel, Inc.. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Returns & Replacements
We are sorry we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of another item of equal or greater value. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned/ exchanged merchandise. Please call us at 888-265-0980 to obtain an R/ A number and make arrangements. You will need a padded secure enclosure and be sure to insure your package. We cannot be responsible if your jewelry is lost in shipping. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
